Sponsor and administrator.
JCS Marketing, Inc. (“Sponsor”), in collaboration with the University of California, Davis.

Eligibility.
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees involved in administering this promotion and members of their households are not eligible to enter or win.

No purchase or participation necessary.
No purchase, payment, or survey completion is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or completion will not increase odds of winning.

Promotion period.
The sweepstakes begins on November 14, 2025, and ends on the earlier of (a) December 31, 2025, or (b) the time at which 100 eligible survey responses have been received, whichever occurs first. Entries received outside the promotion period are void.

How to enter.
Survey entry: At the end of the California Agribusiness Survey, submit your email address in a separate, optional entry form.
Alternate method of entry (AMOE): Email your full name and “Entry for California Agribusiness Survey” to info@jcsmarketinginc.com during the promotion period. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate or automated entries are void.

Prizes and odds.
One prize will be awarded: a $200 gift card (approximate retail value $200). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted; however, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner selection and notification.
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 9, 2026, from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within [5–7] business days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will maintain records of the drawing.

Taxes.
The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize. If required by law, the winner may be asked to complete a Form W-9, and Sponsor or the University of California may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax reporting form.

Data and privacy.
Entry emails and contact information are stored separately from survey responses and are used only to administer the drawing and notify the winner, in accordance with applicable privacy policies of Sponsor and the University of California, Davis.

General conditions.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, ineligible, non-compliant, or submitted through automated or irregular means. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, or other issues beyond its control. If the sweepstakes is disrupted for any reason, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion and, if terminated, may select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

Publicity.
With the winner’s consent, the winner’s first name or initial and general affiliation may be announced in Sponsor or UC Davis communications. Consent is not required to receive the prize.

Disputes.
These rules and the sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Yolo County, California.
